Dryridge Roofing & Building provides uPVC fascias & soffits across Dover, Deal, Folkestone, Canterbury and the rest of East Kent. Fascias carry your gutters and support the bottom row of tiles. Every job starts with a free survey and a fixed written quote.
Fascias carry your gutters and support the bottom row of tiles. Soffits close off the underside of the eaves. When timber versions rot, gutters sag, water gets in, and birds and pests find their way into the roof space.
We strip out tired timber and fit high-quality uPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards, usually with new guttering at the same time. The result is a clean, modern roofline that only needs an occasional wipe.
Signs you need uPVC fascias & soffits
- Flaking paint, soft or rotten timber boards
- Sagging or leaking gutters pulling away from the fascia
- Gaps letting birds, wasps or squirrels into the eaves
- Water staining on brickwork below the roofline

uPVC Fascias & Soffits: frequently asked questions
Should I replace fascias or just cap over them?
Capping (cladding over the old timber) is cheaper but can trap rot underneath. Full replacement lets us check and repair the rafter ends, and it is what we normally recommend.
How long does a fascia and soffit replacement take?
An average house typically takes two to four days, depending on the size and access.
Can you replace guttering at the same time?
Yes, and we recommend it. The old gutters have to come off anyway, so it is the most cost-effective time to renew them.
